Dear Parent/Guardian,
The dates for the trip to Stirling have been finalised as Tuesday 18th June to Friday 21st June 2013. We would now request that you send in the £50 deposit on Friday 5th or Friday 12th October. Any deposits not received by this date will mean your child’s place being offered to the next child on the waiting list.
We have also set up a saving scheme and money will be collected every Friday. The saving card will be at the back of your child’s homework diary. We would request that you pay the cost of the whole trip or stick to the following guidelines:
By the 14th December have £100 paid (£50 of this is your deposit)
By the 8th February have £150 paid
By the 8th March have £200 paid
By the 12h April have £260 paid
