Optician visit for P5 and 6

P5 and 6 children had a class visit today from the optician. They discussed the different parts of your eye and how to lookafter your eyes by eating well and drinking lots of water. We also got to try on lots of different glasses. We learned than when using a computer you should use the 20 20 20 rule. After 20 minutes look away 20 metres for 20 seconds.
