Oakgrove IPSN train with Manchester United

As part of the NI Science Festival, Oakgrove had the opportunity to train with Manchester United Football Club.  We got a short tour and saw the stadium, Old Trafford.  We saw the dressing room and trained with Matt Cross.  He explained how the players train and why they train that way.  He talked about rest and the importance of sleep.  He also explained about nutrition.  He told us about what the players eat and drink before and after matches.  It was a AMAZING!  Thank you to NI Science Festival, Manchester United, Matt and Rachel.
