The Foyle Science Showcase proved to be an unforgettable day of learning, exploration, and fun as our children immersed themselves in hands‑on experiments, thrilling robotics demonstrations, and interactive exhibitions. One of the standout moments was Scientific Sue’s “The Chemistry and the Celts”, where fizz, flame, and fantastic storytelling brought science, history, and culture to life. Pupils were inspired by exhibitors such as Loughs Agency, Water NI, Bat Conservation Ireland, W5, Allstate, the Nerve Centre, and many more, sparking curiosity and creativity throughout the day. Foyle Arena was divided into bustling exhibitor zones and captivating live performances. It was a joyful celebration of discovery, imagination, and community—everything we value here at Oakgrove.
