Primary 6 & 7 workshop with Camerata Ireland

The instrumentalist from Primary 6 & Primary 7 enjoyed a wonderful workshop with Camerata Ireland as a lead in activity for City of Culture at St Cecilia’s College. The impact of highly gifted young people demonstrating their craft to their peers has proven to be an excellent way of dispelling the myths which surround classical music and to demonstrate that this musical genre can be just as valid to children and teenagers as other popular forms of music.  The children from Oakgrove thoroughly enjoyed this experience.  Thank you to Camerata Ireland.  Camerata Ireland
