Breakfast Club/Santa Breakfast
Breakfast Club runs daily from 8.15 and provides a wide variety of delicious food and drinks that give the children a great start to the day. Rugby
The Oakgrove rugby club competes in two types of rugby. They are tag rugby which is non contact and mini rugby which has contact. We have been very successful in recent years. Swimming Club
Oakgrove Swimming Club takes place on Wednesdays at the City Baths, William Street between 5.00pm and 7.00pm. The children are taught by experienced coaches, including Mr Jim Laverty who is Chairman of City of Derry Swimming Club and has coached swimmers to National standard. Oakgrove I.P.S. Choir

Judo Club
Judo club runs on Monday afternoon in St. Columbīs Park by Grassroots Sports Development. The P1 & P2 sessions are from 2-3pm and the P3-P7 sessions are from 3-4pm. The children are accompanied to St Columbīs Park by 2 classroom assistants.
CAW Parent Courses

Drama
Drama club is held during the Spring term on aThursday afternoon from 3-4pm. Ms McCorkell teaches a range of dramatic techniques and gives the P5 children skill to express themselves and perform.
Art
Ms Elder demonstrates new techniques and inspires the children to produces different types of art. The club is held in the Autumn Term on a Tuesday from 3-4pm.
Spanish
The children are introduced to Spanish in this club which is taken on a Tuesday afternoon from 3-4pm during the Autumn term. Mrs Quinn leads the children in songs and rhymes and teachs fun and useful words and phrases.
Numicon
Numicon is fun and practical way to improve maths skills. The children play games and complete activites which help to reinforcemaths facts. Ms Magee takes this club on a Tuesday afternoon fron 3-4pm.
