P1B Snowmen
P1 have been learning all about winter. We didn't get snow to build a snowman so we decided to bake snowmen shortbread biscuits instead! Yum Yum!
If you want to try them at home just follow our simple recipe:
You Need:
150g Plain Flour
100g Butter/Margarine
50g Caster Sugar
Mix everything together in a bowl to form a dough, roll it out and cut out some shapes for your biscuits. Bake in the oven (180oC for 15minutes)
